Using our forecast module, you can assign tasks to specific employees and estimate the required time in advance. From the created tasks, you can quickly and easily generate a realistic cost and effort estimate, allowing you to create a corresponding proposal for your customer.

During the planning phase, you estimate the necessary steps according to project requirements as tasks with corresponding effort. Configurable stages provide better visibility into the current status.
After estimation and planning, a project can be created with the corresponding project requirements as a direct result of the requirements definition.

From your planning, you can create a report that outlines the planned tasks, the estimated effort, and the expected costs. This report can be sent to your customer or the relevant project manager for review.
Project Planing - Internal Notes
The project planning has been expanded to include the field for internal notes. In this field, you can, for example, store your project plan in additional languages for internal use, facilitate communication between members of your project team, or any type of information that pertains to the project but does not need to be visible to your customer.
If necessary, you can generate a PDF file from the contents of the "Internal Notes" field directly from the system.
