Die Funktion ITIS OCR dient der Texterkennung in Bilddateien. Textdokumente in Bilddatei-Formaten können mittels OCR nach Schlagwörtern durchsucht oder ausgewertet werden.
Durch Definition bestimmter Schlagwörter im Text, können sogar Regeln erstellt werden, um Textdokumente automatisch bestimmten Ablagebereichen zuzuordnen.
Visitenkartenauswertung
Mit ITIS OCR sind Sie auch in der Lage, Visitenkarten in Form einer Bilddatei auszuwerten und die daraus gewonnenen Daten automatisch im System als Kontakt zu erfassen.
Die extrahierten Daten können zudem mittels Skript an andere Systeme übertragen werden.
