Tasks - What can you expect?
- Participation in accompanying our customers on the way of optimizing their business processes when using our products ITISeasy.business and ITISeasy.docs
- Supporting our business partners as a competent consultant
- Implementation of ERP projects
- Project support from development to implementation
- Coordination with our developers and management
- Digitalization and automation of internal business processes
- Preparation of detailed process documentation
- Implementation of training and support of test phases
Profil - What do you bring?
- Successfully completed studies in economics, business informatics, communication sciences, IT technology or a comparable course of study or vocational training in the commercial/technical field
- First professional experience in customer support and/or project management
- Good technical and analytical understanding, conceptual and creative thinking, strong communication skills and customer and service orientation
- Very good knowledge of German and English
